 Interior Epoxied and Glassed

Screwed and Glued

Assembly mostly complete~
I didn't trust the idea of 5200 as a sealant. I used matt glass cut in different dimensions and thickened epoxy to seal up the joints. This wasn't a structural move since the build was done with stringers and screws. It was about piece of mind knowing that there was NO WAY it would leak when I was done. In hindsight, this could have added strength if I had used epoxy fillets with tape. But it is neither here nor there at this point. Morgaine is very strong and very waterproof. At this stage, I just wanted to launch. I didn't forsee the delays in the future and the change of course my life was about to take.
